Rolling Stock

More than 300 rail vehicles were damaged as a result of flooding during Superstorm Sandy. The continuing repair of affected locomotives and passenger coaches, using both NJ TRANSIT labor forces and third-party contractors, is essential for providing service and critical for the preparedness for future storm events.
